Revit Draftsperson (Precast)

You will be:

• Responsible for creating shop drawings and plans for the precast concrete industry

• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accurate and efficient production

• Work closely with project managers to ensure the timely delivery of projects.

• Building strong relationships with clients, in-house team and contractors

​

You will need:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in structural precast drafting and detailing

• Proficiency in Revit and BIM software

• Familiarity with New Zealand Building Code and other relevant standards

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• An ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Experience in precast concrete detailing for a variety of structures including commercial, industrial and residential buildings.

• Experience in precast concrete detailing in civil infrastructure structure projects.

• Previous experience working in a drawing or detailing office in the construction industry

• Knowledge of NZ standards would be an advantage

• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Have a positive attitude & and ability to deal with various personalities

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Be well organised and have a high attention to detail
