The role:

You will be:

Responsible for creating shop drawings and plans for the precast concrete industry

Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accurate and efficient production
-
Work closely with project managers to ensure the timely delivery of projects.

Building strong relationships with clients, in-house team and contractors

You will need:
-
At least 2-3 years of experience in structural precast drafting and detailing
-
Proficiency in Revit and BIM software
-
Familiarity with New Zealand Building Code and other relevant standards
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
An ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-
Experience in precast concrete detailing for a variety of structures including commercial, industrial and residential buildings.

Experience in precast concrete detailing in civil infrastructure structure projects.

Previous experience working in a drawing or detailing office in the construction industry

Knowledge of NZ standards would be an advantage
-
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
-
Have a positive attitude & and ability to deal with various personalities

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Be well organised and have a high attention to detail
You can expect:

Earn a salary of between $80,000 -100,000
