The role:

Reporting to the NZ General Manager for Sales, you will be a key player in identifying Commercial business opportunities with your territory and developing relationships within the industries that support the products and services that have made this company one of the largest distributors of hard flooring for both commercial and residential markets.
 

You will be:

  • Proactively developing and maintaining strong industry relationships with Architects, Designers, Developers, Contractors to promote brand awareness and achieve market dominance

  • Researching and generating new business relationships and opportunities

  • Developing and building a high quality customer portfolio

  • Presenting a range of products to customers both individually and in group settings

  • Manage and project customer pipeline through a CRM

You will need:

  • Previous industry experience in hard flooring sales and products

  • Able to demonstrate a strong product knowledge to support Architects, Builders and end users

  • Excellent relationship skills to ensure successful forward work from industry specialists

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to ‘juggle many balls’

  • A professional and polished persona

  • A highly focused results driven proactive attitude will ensure your success
