Your Skills:

• Preferred 8+ years experience with Commercial Demolition  

• Hands-on Supervision and Co-ordination skills are greatly valued

• Experienced in operation of heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders, and other plant equipment.

• Proficiency with computers - it's not all machine work

• Great communication skills, both verbally and written

• A respected leader

• Effective time management and multitasking abilities. 

• Relevant demolition, asbestos, or health & safety certifications would be an advantage

• Willing to relocate Wellington region and have NZ residency (preferred)
