High End Residential Quantity Surveyor

As a key member of the QS team, you will be responsible for the measuring and estimating of new homes. You will maintain positive working relationships with your team and other departments.

They have a few projects on the go already, and a few quite large projects starting before the end of the year, so their need is genuine and their workload is confirmed. Now is the time to join this progressive team and build a career in the High End Residential market.

Ideally, they are looking for:

• A skilled Residential QS who can take the lead on existing projects.

• Someone who can manage 15 - 25 jobs at a time
• Able to achieve all selection variations processed 3 weeks before consent and all other variations processed promptly and in a timely manner

Your Skills:​

• Capable of managing your own workload and working autonomously

• Some experience with Utecture and Buildertrend would be an advantage, but not a deal breaker

• High level of competency with Excel

• Logical thinking with accuracy of work and understanding of detail

• Resourceful research capability

• Confident, honest with clear communication skills and all that good stuff
