We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with some strong Facade and panelling experience to hit the ground running. Is it you?

The role:

Working for a large and well established company in the Facae industry in the role of "Senior Quantity Surveyor" will require you to have "a very particular set of skills" that can give you a satisfying and professional career that even Liam Neeson would appreciate. 

 

Your Skills:​

  • Contract administration/management and analysis experience

  • Experience with Tendering of sub-trades and materials

  • Circa 10 years Quantity Surveying in Commercial Construction

  • Previous experience and strong knowledge in Facade design

  • Cost control, budget monitoring and reporting

  • Progress claims variations and payments

  • Liaising with project manager, clients, architects and other key stakeholders
