The role:
Bringing together a team of focused professionals to provide water services to their customers, the job here is to provide expert technical assistance on pipeline planning, product selection, installation and cost-benefit analysis specific to the customers project needs.
You will be:

Offering support to the wider sales team to identify and win new projects

Assisting in the quotations by reading the detailed site drawings and producing accurate and comprehensive material lists

Researching product and cost requirements for specific projects

Collaborating with the sales team to establish product solutions and produce a commercial and accurate quote

Working with the wider business to ensure minimum exposure to risk and liability and managing risk effectively

Assisting with customer orders, quotes and invoicing

Developing strong customer relationships
You will need:
-
Accuracy with detail to ensure customer orders, quotes, stocktaker, invoicing and credits are correct and accurate

Excellent customer service skills are essential to ensure all customer needs are met
-
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products including (but not limited to) MS Word, Excel and Outlook
-
A natural ability to work under pressure and to achieve tight deadlines
