Operations Manager - Facades

We are looking for a quick thinking agile and inspiring Operations Manager to lead a team of Project Managers and ensure plans are made, teams are engaged, budgets are met and deadlines are achieved.
Working for a long established Facade, Window and Door manufacturer and leading the Auckland Project Management team to successfully install their product on some of the most prestigious buildings in and around the city, this is a role that will challenge you and develop your personal growth. Who among you wouldn’t want to be able to drive down the motorway every day and proudly see the result of your work displayed all over the city?

For success you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role

• A strong career development path in the Commercial construction industry

• An understanding of the company principles and core values

• A focus on H & S and proven understanding of NZ standards

• A relevant tertiary qualification would be ideal, but proven skills are most important

• Currently in NZ and on a visa that allows immediate start (if successful)
