The role:

The role will be working with the Group Operations Manager to support the productivity of the team, including ordering materials, booking accommodation, scheduling/organising the team of installers (combination of employees and subcontractors), following up on orders and some forward planning of workload. This is a role that requires a high level of organisational skills.

Your Skills:

  • Some facet of Commercial Construction experience would be a good place to start

  • Able to read and interpret construction plans/drawings

  • Organisational excellence - this is a major facet of this role

  • Excellent relationship and communication skills - again, this is a key part of the role

  • A lust for learning - there's plenty of scope and growth potential within the role and company
